Payments: All fees for our Services are due in full upfront at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement. Payments are processed via a secure third-party payment processor.

Unless otherwise stated, the Services and all content therein, including the Revenue for Impact Engine™, Clarity Canvas™, Opportunity Matrix™, Action Planner™, Impact Dashboard™, articles, frameworks, text, graphics, and models (collectively, the “Content”), are the proprietary property of Business for Change LTD.
Upon full payment for a Service, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials and deliverables provided (such as the 90-Day Revenue Action Plan or Snapshot brief) for your internal business purposes only. You may not republish, reproduce, sell, or redistribute our materials in any form without our express written permission.
The Content and Services provided by Revenue for Impact are for educational and strategic purposes only. We are not providing financial, legal, or professional advice.
We will treat all information you share with us during the provision of our Services as confidential. Likewise, you agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, frameworks, and tools we share with you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services or these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms.
